This collection agency is a front operation collecting Capital One's purported junk debt against credit card holders who reasonably signed trusted a big bank with repetitive TV as (may that's what $39.00 late fees fund). Northland sends dunning letters to consumers and may ee crossing the line with their phone calls. This could be CLASS-ACTION MATERIAL>>MAKE A DIFFERENCE!
